NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Contractor Sales, Inc. on January 11, 2006.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of whether air admittance valves are required to be tested in accordance with ASSE 1051-2002 pursuant to section 917.7, Florida Building Code, Plumbing Volume (2004) as it applies to the petitioner.
