NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from DASMA, on February 21, 2006,The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of whether test reports submitted after January 1, 2006, which pertain to testing initiated before that date, are required to comply with the revised version of Rule 9B-72.040(5), Florida Administrative Code as it applies to the petitioner.
