NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Florida Building Commission on March 21, 2006 has received the petition for declaratory statement from the City of Edgewater.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of application of section 3401.7.2.6, Florida Building Code, Building Volume (2001 as amended 06/03), to damaged masonry structural elements of a building that suffered damage the repair of which exceeds 50% of the buildings' replacement value as it applies to the petitioner.
It has been assigned the number DCA06-DEC-092.
