FLORIDA FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT for

Marathon, Florida

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection has determined that the City of Marathon’s wastewater facilities project will not adversely affect the environment. The proposed project consists of wastewater treatment, collection, transmission, and disposal systems for incorporated Marathon as discussed in the Marathon Facilities Plan. The total estimated construction cost is $78,000,000. The project is expected to qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds.
