The Florida Coastal Management Program (FCMP) has submitted a draft Coastal and Estuarine Land Conservation Plan to the Federal Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management for review. The plan was developed in accordance with the guidelines established by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
