NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 18, 2006, the Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Emergency Variance from 8.7.1.1, A.S.M.E. 17.1, 2000 Edition, as adopted by Chapter 3001.2, 2004 Florida Building Code, requiring alterations comply with the edition of the code in effect when the alteration permit is issued. The petition was received from Bill Snyder of Florida Certified Elevator Inspections, Inc. on behalf of Captain Kosmakos Seafood House located in Treasure Island, Florida (Petition VW 2006-260), Lic. Number 21315.
