PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Board proposes the amendment to Chapter 64G16-4 to update chapter title and to add new language to Rule 61G16-4.004 that clarifies reinstatement of Null & Void status license pursuant to Section 455.271(6)(b), Florida Statutes.
