The Petition was published in Volume 32, No. 33, of the August 18, 2006, Florida Administrative Weekly. The Board reviewed the petition at its meeting held on October 7, 2006, in Tampa, Florida. The Board’s Final Order, filed in this matter on October 31, 2006, declines to answer the Petition because the Petitioner failed to demonstrate that it is authorized to seek the Board’s opinion as to whether another licensee’s conduct is permissible under Section 458.315, Florida Statutes.
