PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Board proposes the rule amendment in order to provide a description of the seal required.
SUMMARY: The type of seal required will be added to the rule.

Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.

61G1-16.002 Description of Seal.
(1) The seal shall contain the name of only one architect or interior designer and the registration number; the seal of the architect shall be circular, and the seal of the interior designer shall be hexagonal.
