EARLY LEARNING COALITION OF PINELLAS COUNTY, INC.

The purpose of the Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas County, Inc. is to provide quality school readiness and VPK programs and services for children ages 0-13. The focus of this Request for Proposals is to offer a quality, seamless service delivery system for school readiness and VPK services in Pinellas County. The Early Learning Coalition desires to contract for these School Readiness and VPK services.

The Coalition proposes entering into a contract for a period of one (1) year with possible subsequent renewal of the contract for two (2) years subject to: (i) satisfactory performance evaluations by the Coalition, (ii) availability of funds as determined by the Coalition, and (iii) changes in programmatic or service related needs as determined at the sole discretion of the Coalition. The contract may also be affected by any changes in statute or rule that may arise during the contract period.
