59G-4.165: Inpatient Mental Health and Tuberculosis Hospital Services
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Rule 59G-4.165, Inpatient Mental Health and Tuberculosis Hospital Services, is obsolete. Medicaid does not have a tuberculosis hospital program, and the policies that pertain to state mental health hospitals that provide long term inpatient mental health services to Medicaid recipients age 65 and older are being incorporated in a new rule, 59G-4.300.
The effect will be to repeal Rule 59G-4.165, Inpatient Mental Health and Tuberculosis Hospital Services.
SUMMARY: The purpose of this rule amendment is to repeal Rule 59G-4.165, Inpatient Mental Health and Tuberculosis Hospital Services.
