Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 31 No. 51, December 23, 2005 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

The changes are in response to written comments received from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.

61D-11.009 Cardroom Employee Occupational License.

(1) through (3) No change.

(4) All occupational and fingerprint fees are nonrefundable, except in situations where the applicant was charged in error. The Division will return the licensing fee if the applicant withdraws the application before processing begins.

(5) through (8) No change.
