Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol.32,No.10, March 10, 2006 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

The change is in response to written comments submitted by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee. The change is as follows: The rule shall now read:

A licensee with an active or inactive license may choose retired status by submitting a written request to the Board and remitting the retired status fee set out in Rule 64B19-12.013, F.A.C. and, if applicable, the change of status fee set out in Rule 64B19-12.006, F.A.C.
