The change is based upon comments received by the Board of Physical Therapy Practice. The changes are as follows:
Paragraph (1)(cc) shall now read as follows: Section 456.072(1)(t), F.S.: Failing to identify through written notice or orally to a patient the type of license under which the practitioner is practicing – from a minimum letter of concern and a fine of $1,000, up to a maximum fine of $5,000 and/or one year of probation. After the first offense, a minimum of two years of probation and a fine of $5,000 to a maximum fine of $10,000 and/or revocation.
