6A-1.09441: Requirements for Programs and Courses Which are Funded Through the Florida Education Finance Program and for Which the Student May Earn Credit Toward High School Graduation
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rule development is to add a 2007 Supplement to the Course Code Directory to remove Performing Fine Arts (PF) designations from certain courses that are no longer determined to be PF, conforming with legislative action through House Bill 7078 in 2006 requiring one credit of Fine Arts in order to earn a Standard Florida diploma, and with the definition of “Fine Arts” being as follows: Courses listed in the Course Code Directory under Art, Dance, Drama/Theater, and Music meet the Fine Arts Requirement.
