1S-2.043: Report Requirements for Elections Results and Voting Activity
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The primary purpose of the proposed new rule is to prescribe the content and format in which certain reports are to be submitted by the supervisors of elections on such matters as precinct-level election results, absentee ballot request information, early voting statistics, and other voting activity as required by changes in the Florida Election Code that became effective in January 2006.
