PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board is developing Rule 61J1-9.001, F.A.C. to make real estate appraisers of all licensure categories comply with the 2006 Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
