NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 26, 2007, the South Florida Water Management District (District), received a petition for for Waiver from Steve Cates, Authorized Representative, on behalf of Fred and Pat Morris, Application No. 07-0327-1M, for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as the L-47 Levee Canal, Section 15, Township 38S, Range 36E, Okeechobee County. Notice of receipt of petition requesting waiver was published in the F.A.W., Vol 33, No. 24, on June 15, 2007.
