Notice is hereby given that the publication of Scooters Zoom Corp., as a new point for a Xingyue (ZXYV) franchise dealership in Dade County by JMSTAR Powersports, Inc., published in Vol. 33, No. 30, pages 3403-3404 of the F.A.W., on July 27, 2007, has been withdrawn.
