GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Board of Professional Engineers announces a Probable Cause Panel meeting. Although this meeting is open to the public, portions of the Probable Cause Panel meeting may be closed consistent with law.
A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting: If any person decides to appeal and decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purposes they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record will include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be made.
