62-522.300: General Provisions for Ground Water Permitting and Monitoring

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 08, 2007, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for Adventus Americas, Inc., seeking a variance from the prohibition from a zone of discharge under subsection 62-522.300(3), F.A.C., for the use of RemOx® EC to clean up a site that is contaminated with organic wood preservatives. The petition has been assigned OGC File No. 07-1825.
