The Department of Children and Family Services has conducted a survey to determine the need for new medication (methadone) treatment service providers, pursuant to Section 397.427, Florida Statutes, and administrative rules adopted thereunder. The results of the survey do not demonstrate the need for additional outpatient methadone maintenance treatment at this time.
