The above referenced F.A.C. states…each public food service establishment shall maintain a minimum of one public bathroom for each sex, properly designated…..The proposed establishment has two unisex bathrooms for patrons and they are requesting a variance to have a seating capacity of fifty (50) and two bathrooms with a unisex designation.
