NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 18, 2007, the the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, received a petition for variance or waiver of paragraph 15A-10.014(2)(d), Florida Administrative Code, from Peggy Cioffi, Executive Director of the C.O.R.E. Program. The above referenced Florida Administrative Code rule provides that contributions made by a DUI program to an employee retirement plan cannot exceed the percentage of gross compensation contributed by the employer of members of the Regular Class of the Florida Retirement System.
