NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 06, 2007, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Waiver of subsection 67-48.004(14) and paragraph 67-48.004(1)(a) and Part II.A.2.A.(1) and (2) of the Universal application Instructions, Florida Administrative Code, from McCurdy Center, Ltd. (“Petition”). The Petition is seeking a waiver/variance to change identity of the Petitioner’s Developer and the Petitioner’s ownership structure; and a change in development site.
