GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is the fifteenth meeting of the Pollutant Trading Policy Advisory Committee (PTPAC). The meeting will primarily focus on some remaining permitting issues and the draft version of hte committee's report to the legislature, which is due in November.
