COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS will be accepted by the Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County, Inc., for Child Care Resource and Referral, Eligibility and Enrollment, and Fiscal Administration services for the School Readiness Program and Voluntary Prekindergarten Program in Palm Beach County. The Request for Proposals will be released at 2:00 p.m., March 17, 2008.
