The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) requires that states make available to the public the Annual State Application under Part B of IDEA for Federal Fiscal Year 2008 (Part B Application) for a period of 60 days, and accept comments for a period of 30 days. The Part B Application will be available to the public on the Florida Department of Education, Bureau of Exceptional Education and Student Services Web site until May 16, 2008 at www.fldoe.org/ese/.
