Pursuant to Section 320.642, Florida Statutes (2005), notice is given that Mod Cycles Corporation intends to allow the establishment of RPM Motorcycles, Inc., as a dealership for the sale of motorcycles (ZHEJ) manufactured by Zhejiang Taizhou Wangye Power Co., Ltd., and motorcycles (ZONG) manufactured by Zongshen Industrial Group, at 518 Southeast 2nd Street, Gainsesville (Alachua County), Florida 32601, on or after July 14, 2006.
