The Florida Department of Juvenile Justice has posted a revision to Chapter 8 of the proposed Detention Services Manual for review and comment at: http://www.djj.state.fl.us/ policies_procedures/manualreview.html (note this is a new web page).

The second draft of the Detention Services Manual has already completed the review and comment period on June 29, 2006, and no further comments will be accepted regarding the other chapters. Comments regarding changes to Chapter 8 must be submitted no later than August 11, 2006, if they are to be considered prior to finalizing the draft manual.
