NOTIFICATION OF PUBLIC MEETING

THE EVALUATION/SELECTION COMMITTEE FOR RFP 08-003 “Marketing, Public Relations, and Advertising Services” will hold an Evaluation/Selection Meeting on May 19, 2008. The meeting will convene at 3:00 p.m. in the Main Conference Room, Suite 100, of the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority Administration Building, located at 800 N. W. 33rd Street, Pompano Beach, FL 33064.

Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
