GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This meeting is a regularly scheduled Cabinet meeting. The Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission will consider adoption of proposed rule 42CC-1.002, Boundary. Proposed rule 42CC-1.002, which addresses the boundaries of the Capital Region Community Development District, was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on July 7, 2006 (Volume 32, Number 27).
