59G-13.084: Developmental Disabilities Residential Habilitation Services in a Licensed Facility Provider Rate Table
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-13.081, F.A.C., is to incorporate by reference in rule the Developmental Disabilities Home and Community-Based Services Waiver Provider Rate Table, July 1, 2008. The purpose of Rule 59G-13.084, F.A.C., is to incorporate by reference in rule the Developmental Disabilities Home and Community-Based Services Waiver Residential Habilitation Services in a Licensed Facility Provider Rate Table, July 1, 2008. The rate tables were revised to comply with proviso language following Specific Appropriation 263 of the 2008-2009 General Appropriations Act. The effect of the amendment to Rule 59G-13.081, F.A.C., will be to incorporate by reference in rule the Developmental Disabilities Home and Community-Based Services Waiver Provider Rate Table, July 1, 2008.
