The North Central Florida Regional Planning Council seeks request for proposals from health insurance providers for health insurance, dental insurance and life insurance for its employees. Proposals will be received until 3:00 p.m., June 27, 2008. Facsimile or electronic mail proposals will not be accepted. All proposals must be submitted on the Request for Proposal Form. Any proposals received after the specified time and date will not be considered.
