PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board is amending the citations in Rule 61J1-6.001, F.A.C. in order to implement the changes to Section 475.611, Florida Statutes.

Certified general: Experience shall consist of a minimum of 23 Summary or Self-Contained Appraisal Reports in a narrative format which comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice; or 12 nonresidential Summary or Self-Contained Appraisal Reports in a narrative format which comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice as defined in Section 475.611(1)(q)(o), Florida Statutes, and 135 non-narrative supportable and documented appraisal reports presented in a format generally acceptable to the appraisal industry.
