NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 08, 2006 Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Waiver of Rule 67-48.004(14)(m), Florida Administrative Code, from Pollywog Creek, LLC (“Petition”). The Petition is seeking a waiver from Rule 67-48.004(14)(m) which prohibits an applicant from changing its funding request.
