NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 08, 2006 Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Waiver of Rule 67-48.007 (2002), Florida Administrative Code, and Rule 67-48.002(116) (2002) from Pelican Cove RRH, Ltd. (“Petition”). The Petition is seeking a waiver of certain compliance monitoring fees imposed by Rule 67-48.007, FAC, and to Rule 67-48.002(116), FAC.
