64F-12.018: Fees
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Department proposes to review this Chapter to possibly promulgate changes to fees and add fees for new permits authorized by the Florida Legislature.
SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The proposed amendment to Rule 64F-12.018, F.A.C., will change and add the permit fees currently established by Rule 64F-12.018, F.A.C.
SPECIFIC AUTHORITY: 499.01, 499.012, 499.015, 499.04, 499.041, 499.05 FS.
