NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD

ENGINEERING CONTRACTS

Notice is hereby given by Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council (“Treasure Coast”) in accordance with Section 120.57(3)(a), F.S., of its intent to award continuing engineering contracts (the “contracts”) related to brownfield sites contaminated with hazardous substances to TBE Group, Inc., E Sciences, Incorporated, and EE&G Environmental Services, LLC. The engineering services under the contracts are to be performed in connection with Treasure Coast’s EPA Grant pertaining to brownfield sites contaminated with hazardous substances.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
