GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Approval of the adoption of amendments to Rule 12E-1.012, Florida Administrative Code. Notice of this proposed adoption was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on June 23, 2006 (Vol. 32, No. 25, pp. 2819-2821). On August 25, 2006 a Notice of Change was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly in response to written comments received from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.
