19B-10.002 Voluntary Termination.
Voluntary termination shall occur within thirty days of receiving a written request for cancellation of an advanced payment contract. A request for the cancellation of an advance payment contract must contain the notarized signature of theperson or persons required pursunat to Rule 19B-5.004, F.A.C. be signed by the purchaser designated on the advance payment contract and notarized by a notary.
