GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is the sixteenth meeting of the Pollutant Trading Policy Advisory Committee (PTPAC). The meeting will primarily focus on some remaining permitting issues and the draft version of the committee’s report to the legislature, which is due in November.
