69O-125.006: Unfair Discrimination in Use of Credit Reports or Credit Scores by Insurers
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed rule will implement the provisions of Section 626.9741, F.S., which addresses compliance; statistical detail and standards necessary to ensure that rates or premiums associated with credit reports or scores are not unfairly discriminatory; and standards for review of models, methods, programs, or other processes that produce credit scores to determine that they are not unfairly discriminatory. The rule will establish standards and requirements for the use of credit reports or scores by insurers.
