Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 32 No. 18, May 5, 2006 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

The change is response to written comments submitted by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee. The Board approved the change at its meeting held on July 14, 2006. When changed subsection (3)(h) of the rule shall read as follows:

“(h) The practical examiner shall have the responsibility of notifying the applicant of the scores received on the practical examination, on form DBPRCILB4373 (July 10, 2006), effective ________, which is incorporated herein by reference. The form may be obtained through www.myflorida.com.”
