The Florida Housing Finance Corporation invites all qualified applicants that commit to rehabilitate housing that is currently in Florida Housing’s portfolio and in accordance with the terms and conditions of RFP 2008-04, to submit proposals for consideration. Preference will be given to Non-Profit Applicants propose to rehabilitate affordable housing units occupied by special needs populations and/or Extremely Low Income and Very Low Income on developments that have or will have affordability periods that expire prior to the end of 2012. Proposals shall be accepted until 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), Wednesday, December 3, 2008, to the Attention: Robin L. Grantham, Contracts Administrator, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, 227 North Bronough Street, Suite 5000, Tallahassee, Florida 32301-1329.
