The University of Florida, Purchasing and Disbursement Services will receive sealed bids for the following: ITB09SVF-129, Physics Bldg. DDC Controls and Exhaust Fan Replacement, estimated budget: $756,790, to be opened December 4, 2008 at 2:00 p.m., in 101 Elmore Hall, Radio Road, Gainesville, FL.

Scope of work: The work includes all labor, equipment, materials, controls and programming required to execute the Contract Documents. This work specifically replaces three Central Fume Exhaust Fans and replaces the existing pneumatic VAV box, Laboratory AHU, and reheat coil controls and associated valves with Direct Digital Controls: All associated device control programming and TAB is included.
