PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the proposed rule development is to establish performance standards and outcome measures for the school readiness program, criteria for approval of school readiness plans for submission to the Agency for Workforce Innovation for review and approval, and requirements for early learning coalition board membership.
SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The proposed rule development will address development performance standards and the use of outcome measures with regard to the school readiness program; criteria for submission, review, and approval of school readiness plans under Section 411.01, Florida Statutes; and the criteria for early learning coalition board membership and composition.
