RULE NO: RULE TITLE
6E-5.001: EXEMPT RELIGIOUS COLLEGES
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rule development is to implement a uniform process, including an application form, by which the Commission will issue letters of exemptions to religious institutions under Section 1005.06(1)(f), F.S. The effect is to clarify the circumstances that will, and that will not, result in issuance of an exemption letter from the Commission.
SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Religious colleges not under the jurisdiction or purview of the Commission.
