PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of this amendment is to adopt the Model Rules of Procedure regarding declaratory statements and to repeal unnecessary rules of the Council.
SUMMARY: The Council adopts Model Rules of Procedure Chapter 28-105, F.A.C.
SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS: No Statement of Estimated Regulatory Cost was prepared.
Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.

29H-4.0001 Purpose.
The purpose of this Chapter, 29H-4, F.A.C., is to establish rules of procedure for declaratory statement. The Council shall follow the Model Rules of Procedure, Chapter 28-105, F.A.C., rules of procedure shall be the Rules of the Administration Commission, Model Rules of Procedureas amended from time to time.
