The above-proposed rule was published in the December 5, 2008 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly, Vol. 34, No. 49. The date of publishing for the original notice of rule development was erroneously given as October 31, 2008. The correct date is October 24, 2008. The foregoing change does not affect the substance of the proposed rule.
